Biography:   Professional biography: 04/1998 to 06/2002: Senior auditor in-charge of field auditing operation, team managing and customers relationship. Main auditing projects have been linked to statutory and consolidated financial statements auditing in different market industries. Special project outside auditing linked to stock listing preparation. 07/2002 to 03/2006: Business Controller for Ahlstrom Filtration BA(10 plants - 5 in US, 1 in South America, 3 in Europe and 1 in Asia). Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to Finnish Corporate; financial and market analysis for investment projects; budget and business plan analysis; costs analysis and benchmarking through the Division focused on best practices developments. From 08/2004 to 07/2005 I've been integration manager for a newly acquired company in US. Located in Groesbeck (Texas), I've been in charge of the integration of this new company into Ahlstrom Filtration. 04/2006 to 03/2008: Finance and Administion Director, with focus on Corporate reporting, local financial statements, controlling and tax planning of the 3 italian legal entities. 04/2008 to 10/2008: Vice President Finance and Controlling Release and Label Division and Ahlstrom Turin Deputy General Manager, being executive on controlling and business matters, with focus on working capital development, costs optimization, special projects (investments and M&A), and consolidated reporting. 11/2008 to today: Vice President, Planning and Control, Piaggio & C.
