Biography:   I started my career with Loblaws as a Buyer in 1998 learning the grocery business from the ground up. As I moved up the corporate ladder into Management, I decided to pursue an MBA from UBC, concentrating in the areas of Finance and Marketing. My education was financed by Loblaws as they were looking to groom young executives as part of their succession planning. Upon the completion of my MBA, I was promoted from Senior Buyer to Distribution Manager in charge of the warehousing and transportation of Foremost Foods. I successfully streamlined the supply chain of Foremost Foods across Western Canada and quickly rose to the rank of Senior Director at the age of 29. At that time, I was the youngest employee to reach Director's level for that company. In 1996, I decided to make a move into the technology sector where I believed the future lies and where my career will flourish. As well, my interest in high-tech made the decision to move from a successful and promising career from Loblaws much easier. I joined JD Edwards Canada as a Supply Chain Consultant offering my industry expertise in Warehousing and Distribution along with my software expertise in JD Edwards. With JD Edwards, I assisted clients from all over the world to streamline their business processes and improve efficiencies using the JD Edwards ERP system. When I left JD Edwards in 2000 as a Senior Client Manager and joined PriceWaterHouse Coopers in Chicago to help them lead the effort of building a JD Edwards practice in the Mid-West. I decided to move back to Vancouver in 2001 to start up my own firm. With 2 other partners, we started iSP3 solution providers in July, 2001. We have since grown from 3 people in to 40 plus employees across Canada, US and Mexico with offices in Vancouver, Toronto and Seattle. We are now the number 1 Oracle Partner in Western Canada and our growth continues to be in the double digit forecast for the next 5 years.
