Biography:   Born in Palestine 1945. In 1948 when Palestine was occupied I was made a Refugee to Lebanon. Joined school for Elementary & Preparatory Classes at United Nations / UNESCO Schools at Palestinian Refugees Camps. Joined High School in Beirut 1963-1967 obtained First and Second baccalaureate Certificates. Employed by United Nations / UNESCO as Class Teacher in Jan, 1968. Joined UNESCO Teacher Education Institute and graduated as Class Teacher B (Math’s). Enrolled at the Lebanese University in Beirut for BSC in English Language and Its Literature, graduated in 1975. Enrolled for MSC but due to Civil War in 1977 MSC was not completed. Completed 11 Years as Senior English Language Instructor, then resigned from UN Schools in 1979, and was recruited by an Oil & Gas Producing Company in the UAE as Training Instructor, English. Later promoted to Training Officer Admin, then to Career Development Officer and later to the Post of Senior Admin. & Services Officer for the Operations Support Division completed Seventeen Years of Work and then resigned to establish a Private Training Institution in Abu Dhabi, which would provide Clients in the Gulf Area and Middle East with Services in the Fields of Management Consultancy, Short Courses/Seminars and Educational Conferences. Resigned in December 2008 to form a New Institution based in Kuala Lumpur and Abu Dhabi named OCCS Resources. Main function is to provide Outsourcing of Professional Skills, Consultancy Management to Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industries, Short Courses/ Seminars, Certification Programs, and the related Travel Services. Completed 40 Years on Salary Payroll. Main achievements was Teaching Thousands of Students, Trained and Developed Hundreds of Personnel who are now established in Senior Posts in the Oil & Gas Companies in the UAE. Offered thousand of Short Courses and Seminars to Countries in the Gulf Area, mainly Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and of course in the UAE
