The company have had an organic growth of more than 15 times during the last 5 years. 2000 -2003 Neobus de Mexico SA de CV. Plant Manager. Based in Toluca, Mexico. Neobus is a Mexican manufacturing company that makes autobuses for the Mexican market under license from Neoplan of Germany, a world leader in the luxury Autobus industry, as well as their own designed city busses. 1997-2000 Trelleborg-Elastinsa SA de CV Managing Director.Based in Toluca, Mexico. Trelleborg is a Swedish company Industrial rubber industry with about 15.000 employees all over the world. Main products are Anti-vibrating parts for the Automotive industry as well as other Industrial rubber products like rubber sheeting. 1994 - 1997 Dunlop-Skega Ltd. Technical Manager. Based in Perth, Australia. Dunlop Skega is a 50/50 Joint Venture between Pacific Dunlop of Australia and Skega AB of Sweden producing wear-protecting parts for the mining industry. Reporting to the Managing Director the responsibilities included the design and quoting departments and manufacturing support. It also included the support for the marketing in Australia, Japan, China and South East Asia. Added to the responsibility was the project to move the manufacturing from a very old plant in Melbourne to a new plant in Perth, a move of 2,200 miles. The move was completed during 1996 without loosing any production during the move. 1992 - 1994 Skega AB Area Manager. Based in Skelleftea, Sweden. Responsible for the Sales and Manufacturing support SouthEast Asia, China, Japan, New Zealand and Australia. P/L responsible for the sales in the area. 1987 - 1992 Skega Mexicana SA de CV Plant Manager. Based in Irapuato, Gto. Mexico. Responsible for the Manufacturing plant including production, design, quoting and sales support for the Mexican market.
