Biography:   Daniel joined the Disney Group as part of the opening team of Disneyland Resort Paris in March 1992 as Operations & Labor Relations Manager and then Human Resources Manager, Hotels. In July 1998, he was promoted to the position of Assistant Director, Purchasing, in charge of purchasing strategy, customer relations, cost management and training & development, then to Director, General Services in July 2000. In July 2001, his scope of responsibilities was enlarged to also include Security & Safety. In his new capacity of Director, General Services, Security & Safety, he coordinated the reorganization of both divisions, defined the deployment of a new safety strategy and guidelines and developed the needed relationships with French legal authorities In March 2003 he joined the Human Resources division and served as Director of Corporate Human Resources Development in charge of HR Services and Development. In December 2003, he was promoted to the position of Vice President, Human Resources and Labor Relations, supporting the development and implementation of the HR strategy in terms of labor relations while overseeing the day-to-day operations of transversal functions such as Central Payroll and Occupational Medicine. With the more global orientation of the Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Segment decided by Jay Rasulo in 2005, and the appointment of Philippe Gas to his current world-wide HR responsibilities at the end of 2006, Daniel took over the role of Vice President, Human Resources for Disneyland Resort Paris in September 2007 and became a member of the Disneyland Resort Paris Executive Committee. Daniel is 48 years old, French citizen, divorced with two daughters. He holds a Degree in Hotel Management from the Ecole Hôtelière du Touquet in France.
