Biography:	Bartolo founded 6pm in 1996 at which time the small company from Malta specialized in Agile and delivered services in the UK, Ireland, United States, Canada and Scandinavia. The company expanded in 2004 when Malta joined the European Union and further in 2005 with the introduction of another two business partners focused on sales in the UK. The success of the partnership was endorsed in early 2007 when 6pm Malta and 6pm UK merged and formed 6pm Holdings. IN September 2007 the 6pm group floated on the Malta Stock Exchange and since then has been focusing on the Public Sector with specialization in the Health and Communications verticals. Throughout this time Ivan has been involved on both the technical development of the company and more so in the business elements that lead the company to become a GBP6m from 500k company in 1996. On a personal note Ivan has been involved with Agile since 1995 and has worked on major Agile role projects across the globe. Ivan has developed the 6pm Agile Delivery Framework and since 1995 has delivered over 500 training courses to agile Project Managers, Practitioners and Users.
