Biography:	I am a Jordanian and I was born in Taif, Saudi Arabia in 16/8/1982. I completed High School there. In year 2000, I went to Amman, Jordan to study at Al Quds Community College and finish in year 2002 with Diploma in Information Technology. I could not complete the university studying because of some family issues. I came back to Saudi Arabia and joined Ebttikar Technology Company and worked as a sub-contractor in the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) in Taif, Saudi Arabia. My responsibility was the computers Hardware and Software maintenance including PCs, Laptops, Printer and Servers in whole STC offices in Taif region From 12/2002 to 5/2007. Then, I moved to Computer Networks Operation and Maintenance project with Ebttikar Technology Company from 6/2007 to 10/2007. Then I moved to Jeraisy Computer and Communication Services (JCCS) in the same project since 11/2007 until now. My responsibility is to operate, maintenance and install the new Network devices (Cisco Devices) in all STC sites in Taif region. I'm married and have a baby boy. I'm studying for CCNA refreshing now and I'm going to move on with Cisco Certifications to add them to my experience in the Networks field.
