Biography:   More than 22 years of customer service, quality assurance in access network infastructure and executive management experience in the communications technology in the region. Mr Al Mukhtar brings progressive insight and expertise to his position on Batelco Networks managment for MENA region www.batelco.com.bh. Sayed Mahmood has been instrumental to the success of many projects in Batelco access network based on his knowledge and experience. As a Manager of Service Excellence Centre Sayed Mahmood contribute with Batelco team on setting the strategic and tactical evolution in Kingdom of Bahrain. Also Mr al Mukhtar was a former national football team player who preform an excellent preformance in the 90s. He also write a sport articals in local newspaper to critique and help development Bahrain sports. Sayed Mahmood broad understanding of the technical, business and market realities behind the emergence of access network communications ensures Batelco Solutions’ continued commitment to innovation focused on the end user. Previously, Mr. Al Mukhtar held many responsibilities as a memeber of the building permission committe in Bahrain, Senior Planning Officer and Manager Access Network that responsiable of the underground communication infastruce in Bahrain. Sayed Mahmood is a holder of H.N.D in Marketing, Advertising and PR and HND in Network Telecommunication. He also received an MBA from University of Glamorgan, Wales, United Kngdom.
