Do you have any affiliation with any other Who’s Who?
Emerald Who’s Who for Executives and Professionals does not have any association or affiliation with Marquis Who’s Who or any other Who’s Who organization.
Are member services available outside of the United States?
Emerald Who’s Who is an international registry with access to executives and professionals in every country around the world.
Only the registered members of Emerald Who’s Who can have access to the services available including biographical listings and services. We do not distribute or sell any acquired information from our members for the protection of the entire registry.

Membership Questions
Once my membership is purchased and approved, when will I receive my welcome kit?
Your Welcome Kit will arrive at the address you provided within 10 business days of purchasing the membership.
Our research committee may have chosen you as a candidate by researching professional associations and societies, trade organizations, as well as local, national, international and professional publications.
We also provide our members an opportunity to nominate anyone they feel would benefit from this membership at anytime. We don’t however
keep records of the source of your candidacy selection on file, this is to protect the identities of those who my be rejected from the registry due to strict membership regulations.
When will I receive the annual publication with my biography?
The annual registry is shipped at the end of the third quarter of every calendar year.
We include a nomination form in your welcome kit, which you can
simply return to us by mail, or you can do so by going to www.emeraldwhoswho.com and click on “Nominate a Colleague” or click here www.emeraldwhoswho.com/nomination.asp
Why is a username and password needed to use Emerald Who’s Who services?
Without the username and password you will be unable to use any of
the services provided by Emerald Who’s Who. Only registered members have access to all of the features available Emerald Who’s Who has to offer.
Can I expand my biography online?
Your biography online can be expanded by simply logging into your account on our website by using your username and password and clicking on Edit Biography. You will then have the opportunity to make any changes necessary. You can include your employment history, professional affiliations, accomplishments, personal information,
including family, hobbies and experiences to help better your networking capabilities. We encourage all members to regularly update their biographies to help their networking opportunities.
How can I have my business card or photo added to my biography online?
Your business card or photo can be easily placed with your biography, by simply sending us an e-mail of the picture you want posted. If the items are e-
mailed, they will be posted within 72 hours of receiving the e-mail. Please send all photos or business card information to the info@emeraldwhoswho.com
Can I link my website and e-mail address to the Emerald Who’s Who website?
Within your biography we have provided spaces for this information. Both e-mail and website can be hyper-linked, taking anyone who clicks on these addresses directly to your site or e-mail.
Is there a deadline to make corrections to my biography?
You can edit your biographical data on-line at anytime. However your biographical data cannot be changed once it has been submitted to the publishers who will print the annual registry. Please note, should you have any changes you need to make, please ensure your biography and any other information you would like to appear in the annual journal is complete before the end of March of every year. We will make every effort to notify you should there be any typo’s however due to strict
publishing deadlines we encourage you to update anything necessary prior to March 31st.
